If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to exercise your right of return.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must request return authorisation by emailing info@lestropez.com. You will receive all the instructions needed to send the item back. If all return conditions are met, you will be refunded the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by, and are the responsibility of, the customer, unless there are manufacturing defects or errors in preparing the order. Lestropez.com accepts no liability if the return is sent with an untracked service and the parcel is lost.

Items to be returned must meet the following conditions:

• They must not have been used, worn or washed.
• The packaging must show no signs of wear, abrasion or damage.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

If all these conditions are met, you can:

1. Request an exchange for a different size or item among those available on lestropez.com. Simply email info@lestropez.com with your details and the item you would like. Once the return has been checked, the exchange will be processed and the new item shipped to the address provided.

2. Request a refund by emailing info@lestropez.com. Once the return has been checked, we will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.
